Complaints Procedure

Should you have any concern or complaint please take the matter up in the first instance with the school by contacting the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher or Progress Leader. We hope that the matter can then be resolved. However, having consulted the school, should you wish to take it further, you can write to the Clerk to the Governing Body of the school or to the Chief Learning and Achievement Officer of the LEA in Wrexham, currently based in Lord Street, Wrexham.

Copies of Welsh Office Orders and Circulars can be viewed in school on request though copies are lodged in the local library by the Local Education Authority.

We are always happy to discuss curricular matters with parents, including syllabuses and schemes of work being used in school.
